We have worked hard over the years to perfect our packaging. Occasionally, our carriers do not provide the level of care required to ship live plant material. Because of this, we highly suggest purchasing Shipping Protection at the time of your order.
We offer Shipping Protection ensure our customers have every available resource for filing claims against shipping companies after their shipment has left our nursery.
If your plant was damaged in transit and you purchased Shipping Protection, please submit a claim with customer service right away! Claims must be placed within 5 days of the shipments' arrival.
When Filing Your Shipping Damage Claim:
- Email our Customer Service Team
- Make the subject line "Shipping Protection Claim"
- Provide a detailed description on the issues at hand
- Include photos of the items and packaging
If your plant was damaged in transit and you did not purchase Shipping Protection we may be able to file a claim for damages with the carrier. We request that you provide us with photos of the box and the damaged contents by submitting a request.
